EFFECTIVE MANAGEMENT
JSC "OREKHPROM"'s food safety management system, based on HACCP principles, has been operated and certified since 2007. It guarantees the identification and control of any hazardous factors that may pose a threat to the production of safe food products. The implemented quality control procedures ensure excellent product quality, making it a crucial method for achieving objectives and a significant lever in the overall management process.
The foundation for building the management system is the Organization's Context, based on the fundamental principles of ISO 22000, which includes identifying and understanding the needs and expectations of interested parties. Considering these factors, all planning stages are built on a risk-based approach. Risk and opportunity management is fundamental both for making informed strategic decisions and for improving efficiency and safety in ongoing operations.
